Relaxation is also a key element of any yoga practice, and we strive for you to fully relax yourself while you explore and push beyond your body’s limitations to achieve a complete yogic experience in our classes.

Proper diet is also important, making sure to eat nutrient rich foods that are fresh and organic. This greatly enhances your practice by providing you with the energy needed. Also make sure to drink plenty of water before and after class to stay hydrated.
